Question

As i had absolutely nothing to do on this beautiful saturdae, i surfed the net the entire dae. I was done with playing games so i was checking this blogger's blog when i came across one of his old entries. It was about this gay couple who got married in the UK. This got me thinking..

Usually, when a man and woman wed, the priest will perform the wedding ceremoney, and then there's the exchange of vows and rings and kisses and finally the couple is pronounced (wadever the spelling) as husband and wife.

Now, can anyone enlighten me on how a gay couple is pronounced after their wedding ceremony is conducted?

'I now prononuce u husband and husband' ?

No, really. I'm asking.

My memory is no longer short term.. however.. i'm starting to have hearing problems.

Yes.. i no longer have the disgusting short term memory. In fact.. i can now say dat my memory is serving me rather well. No longer am i forgetting my appointments. Dat is something to be happie about~ But! It seems dat ever since my memory is back.. my hearing is starting to deteriorate. Either dat or i'm starting to lose my ability to listen. I can hear just fine. I just can't seem to process wad i'm hearing. I have proof.

Case 1

Last week.. i tink... or the week before last.. as usual, i went to meet ahmah for lunch. We decided on pasta at Suntec. So i met her after her lesson and went straight to Suntec. Once we arrived at Pasta Mania, we went to order our pastas. So... i asked ahmah wad she wanted. She said she wanted some seafood pasta (i cannot remember wad was it exactly). And then, i asked her in which pasta and she asked me should she eat spaghetti or linguinie. I told her up to her. So in the end she decided on Linguinie. Den i went on to ask her wad she wanted to drink. At first she wanted ice lemon tea. Den she decided on Coke. I told her to get a seat while i ordered our food. Guess wad i ordered in the end. ahaAhaha... I ordered mine, and den i ordered ahmah's seafood pasta, with SPAGHETTI and i ordered ice lemon tea for her. I heard her telling me wad she wanted.. but i have no idea why i orderd everything wrong for her. ahAHaha...

Case 2

Just the day before.. ahmah and i met up for lunch again. This time, we had Yoshinoya. Den.. blah blah blah.. we went to place our orders. Again.. ahmah was deciding on either Teriyaki Chicken or Beef bowl. And again, i told her up to her.. So she decided on the beef bowl with veggie. Guess wad i ordered for her again. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. ahAhaAh... luckily this time ahmah was standing beside me while i ordered. Once i told the cashier i wanted a teriyaki bowl, ahmah turned and asked who am i ordering for. I still had the cheek to tell her 'YOU LAH!', ahAha.... den she told me she wan BEEF BOWL!!!!!! ahAHahAha.....

I have no idea why i just cannot seem to process wadever ahmah's telling me these days.

We're back!! *with photos~!

We're back from our Cruise to Redang trip!!! Did anyone miss us? I bet y'all did coz we kept sneezing during the trip. *shy* =) The trip... was soOo soOooo sooo fun~!! Chris almost gambled her life savings away while ahmah and i.. as usual.. spent it all on FOOD. ahAhaha!! We had so much fun! Shall blog as i post the pics.. Enjoy~~

Day 1

And soon.. we arrived at HarbourFront~!! The place was in complete chaos man.. there were so many people at the customs, I went to collect our boarding passes while ahmah and Chris went to queue at the boarding line.

Being her first trip.. Chris insisted dat we explore every single part of the ship... within the next few hours.. apparently.. she tinks we're super human with 'fen shen shu' coz there was so many places she wanted to explore all at once. *shakes head* Anyway, we decided to head up to the sun deck to check if we'd left shore..

Den we were hungry so we decided... to EAT!! Along our way to the buffet.. we snap snap snap..

After eating.. we went to attend the emergency drill at deck 8. It was a serious and important drill.. but i was very excited.. i couldn't be bothered and i started taking pictures of the crew who was demonstrating how to use our life jackets.. ahaHAha.. i tink ahmah was the onli one paying attention coz i was busy snapping away and chris was busy trying to get the attention of a cute little baby beside us. ahAhah...

Poor guy... onli ahmah was paying attention to him.. ahahAha

Just then.. I spotted several 'prints' on the deck floor.. so i asked ahmah... 'Hopscotch har?' ahAhHaah.. Den i realise its the markings for the emergency escapes and rescues boats.. aHAhaha.. Hopscotch.. ahAhah... i cannot believe myself man..

After dinner, the ship set sail and we went up to the sundeck again.. to re-enact the infamous Titanic 'I'm-flying-Jack!' scene. ahAHaha..

Den ahmah and i decided to get another.... and we stupidly ordered a Martini.. which was SUPER DUPER strong!!! I almost died while chewing on the stupid olives.. waste money man.. it was so strong we couldn't finish our drinks.. Ahmah was feeling giddy all over after one sip and i was just too busy shivering from the very public singing.

Waste money.. 8.50 Sing dollars per glass ok! We probably onli drank 50 cents

After both drinks.. ahmah and i were half dead.. we dragged chris back to the cabin.

Day 2

Got up at 9.45am... by the time we were all ready to head to the breakfast buffet.. it was about 10.30 and to our HUGE disappointment.. breakfast was over by 10!!! We had no choice but to settled for muffins and pathetic croissants. We were so angry dat we missed breakfast dat we made sure we were on time for lunch at the chinese restaurant. Lunch was wonderful~~~

After lunch.. we went to the lobby to wait for our turn to leave for Redang..

We had to take a short ferry ride to Redang of course... Here's a pic of ahmah.. in the ferry.. on a closer look.. doesn't the guy beside ahmah look like Takeshi Kaneshiro???!?! I tell u.. he din look at all like the superstar at dat time.. i have no idea how come he look so like the star here in this pic man.. aAHaAH..

Day 3

Woke up super early in order to catch the breakfast!! We must eat their breakfast! Cannot let the free meal go wasted! After a super full breakfast, we went back to our cabins to pack our bags.. and i started feeling very sleepy all of a sudden.. ahAha..

After we finally finished packing.. we got ready... for lunch.. by this time.. the thought of food made us sick.. we've been eating and eating and eating and eating and EATING all the time we were on board! All thanks to ahmah.. coz she said we paid for the cruise.. we must eat all we can.. *puke* So we went to eat... again...

We had lotsa fun.. and we sure did made sure we had our money well spent. ahAhahA.. Ahmah and i are already planning our next trip.. 6 years later. ahAhaHA... Until then... dats all for now..
